Shipping
All orders include a single shipping fee, automatically calculated based on the destination
country. All prices displayed at checkout already include taxes and customs duties where
applicable. We ship using a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service, meaning there are no additional
costs or surprises upon delivery.
Free shipping is available on orders over €200 within the EU and over €500 worldwide
(calculated on the product total; shipping fees and duties are excluded from this threshold).
Estimated Delivery Times
Italy and European Union: 2–5 business days
Non-EU countries: 5–10 business days (timing may vary depending on customs procedures)

Duties and Taxes
Taxes and customs duties are automatically handled at checkout and are already included in
the final price. We operate on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, ensuring a smooth delivery with
no additional charges upon arrival.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for EU customers only. Items must be unused,
unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note: non-EU orders are final sale. EU customers retain their 14-day right of withdrawal.
We recommend checking product measurements in the Sizing section before ordering.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer size exchanges —
only refunds are available.
