Access to and use of this Website, as well as the purchase of products, imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”).

These Terms govern the online sale of products bearing the MISUTERI brand through the Website, in accordance with Italian law (Legislative Decree 70/2003) and the EU Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

All MISUTERI products are crafted in limited quantities and may be available only for specific periods (“capsules” or “limited editions”).

MISUTERI reserves the right to modify the assortment, prices, or product availability prior to order confirmation, without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, the details (price, product, and availability) are binding and cannot be changed unilaterally.

Images and descriptions shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the final product due to artisanal variations or photographic rendering.

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the local currency of the destination country selected by the user.

For orders shipped within the European Union, prices include VAT, where applicable, in accordance with the relevant regulations.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are exclusive of VAT. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or other fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, prior to order confirmation, and shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated and shown separately during the checkout process, before the order is finalized.

An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

MISUTERI ships worldwide.

• Free premium shipping is available for orders above €500 (based on items value, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties).

• For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:

• 2–5 business days within Italy and the EU.

• 5–10 business days for non-EU destinations.

• Maximum delivery time: Orders will be delivered within 30 days from order confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the customer may withdraw from the purchase.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees:

For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

MISUTERI is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs procedures or other external events beyond its control.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree 206/2005, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without the need to provide any reason.

Return conditions:

• Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition, with all original tags attached.

• All returns must be in perfect condition and come with their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on goods that are scratched, with micro imperfections caused by the customer, marked, or show signs of use.

• Please ensure that you return the goods in all of their original undamaged packaging, as otherwise they cannot be accepted.

• Micro-imperfections, minor scratches, or slight variations typical of handcrafted products do not constitute grounds for return.

• Returns will only be accepted if the product fully complies with these conditions.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized products;

• special items (e.g., “MANIFESTO”,. jewelry, 1-of-1 pieces) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• products that do not meet the return conditions described above (used, scratched, marked, missing tags, or improper/damaged packaging).

• Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Customers must contact support@misuterimilano.com within 14 days of delivery to request authorization and provide photos of the item.

• All return shipping costs, as well as original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes, are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

• Items must comply with the same return conditions as EU orders (perfect condition, original packaging, no scratches or marks caused by the customer, all tags attached).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, MISUTERI will process a refund within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important:

• Refunds include the product price only.

• Premium shipping, original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are never refundable.

• Returns that do not comply with the return conditions outlined above will not be refunded.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact support@misuterimilano.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing detailed photos of the issue.

After verification, MISUTERI may offer:

• a replacement, if available; or

• a full refund, including shipping costs.

All MISUTERI products sold to EU customers are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations of the product.

MISUTERI shall not be held liable for:

• indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Website or products;

• delivery delays due to force majeure or external causes;

• typographical or technical errors appearing on the Website.

All content on the Website—including logos, text, images, designs, trademarks, videos, and layout—is the exclusive property of MISUTERI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
