All MISUTERI orders are handled via premium shipping services, selected to ensure safety, speed, and international tracking.

We work exclusively with top-tier couriers, chosen for their reliability and attention to detail.

Each package is carefully packaged and shipped with dedicated tracking until final delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment.

During periods of capsule launches or high demand, preparation times may extend slightly.

• Italy and European Union: 2–5 working days

• Non-EU countries: 5–10 working days (variable depending on customs)

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external causes not attributable to MISUTERI.

• For orders shipped within the European Union (27 member countries), premium shipping is free for orders over €200 (calculated exclusively on the value of the items in the cart, excluding shipping costs).

• For orders shipped outside the European Union, premium shipping is free for orders over €500 (calculated exclusively on the value of the items in the cart, excluding shipping costs).

• For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. All taxes and duties are included in the price — no additional charges at checkout.

All services include tracking, secure packaging, and priority handling.

For deliveries outside the European Union, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are included in the price displayed at checkout — no additional charges.

MISUTERI is not liable for any delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Each shipment includes a tracking number sent via email upon shipment, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.

All MISUTERI products are crafted in limited quantities through artisanal manufacturing processes. 

EU Customers

Customers residing within the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, an explicit communication must be sent to support@misuterimilano.com, stating the order number and the item(s) to be returned.

Following notification of withdrawal, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days, unused, unworn beyond a simple try-on, unwashed, unaltered, free from odours, stains, make-up or fragrance marks, complete with all original tags attached, original packaging, box and any accessories supplied.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse; the use of a tracked shipping service is therefore recommended.

Where a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit, or is returned damaged, with removed tags, missing or deteriorated packaging, MISUTERI reserves the right to apply a reduction to the refund proportional to the loss in value. Where the condition of the item prevents its resale as new, the reduction may amount to the full value of the product.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the withdrawal request. MISUTERI may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Size exchanges are not available. Customers wishing to obtain a different size may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

EU customers also benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for any lack of conformity of the product.

Non-EU Customers (including the United States)

All orders shipped outside the European Union are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where the product is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.

Should a product arrive damaged in transit, defective, or different from the item ordered, notification should be sent to support@misuterimilano.com within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs of the product and its packaging. Failure to notify within this timeframe does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable law. 

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return: 

• made-to-measure or clearly personalised products;
• products manufactured upon the customer’s specific request;
• sealed products which, once opened, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. 

These exclusions apply only where permitted by applicable law.

For hygiene reasons, items intended for piercing or direct skin contact (such as earrings) that are sold in sealed packaging are not eligible for return once the seal has been broken after delivery. This exclusion does not apply to jewellery items not sold in sealed packaging, such as rings, which remain subject to the standard return conditions set out above. Minor imperfections, slight colour variations and characteristics resulting from artisanal Made in Italy craftsmanship are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects or grounds for return. Before placing an order, customers are encouraged to consult the measurements provided in the Sizing section of each product to ensure the most appropriate fit.

2.If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, excluding the original shipping fees, taxes, and duties.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@misuterimilano.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing detailed photographs of the item and its packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will, where applicable, either replace the item or issue a full refund.

For customers in the European Union, your statutory rights under the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
