SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All MISUTERI orders are handled via premium shipping services, selected to ensure safety, speed, and international tracking.
We work exclusively with top-tier couriers, chosen for their reliability and attention to detail.
Each package is carefully packaged and shipped with dedicated tracking until final delivery.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment.
During periods of capsule launches or high demand, preparation times may extend slightly.
• Italy and European Union: 2–5 working days
• Non-EU countries: 5–10 working days (variable depending on customs)
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external causes not attributable to MISUTERI.
• Premium shipping is free for orders above €500 (based on the value of items only and excluding shipping, taxes, and duties).
• For lower order amounts, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
All services include tracking, secure packaging, and priority handling.
For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are calculated at checkout and remain the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
MISUTERI is not liable for any delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Each shipment includes a tracking number sent via email upon shipment, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.
All MISUTERI items are produced in limited quantities through artisanal processes.
Returns are accepted only if requested within 14 days of delivery and the item is returned unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition, with all original tags attached and in undamaged original packaging, including box and any accessories.
Customized, limited-edition, or one-of-one items (e.g.,“MANIFESTO”, special jewelry pieces) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For hygiene reasons, wearable accessories cannot be returned. Jewelry is refundable only if it meets the return conditions above.
Please note: Minor imperfections or variations typical of handcrafted products do not qualify for a return.

1. Submit a return request to support@misuterimilano.com, including your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the item.
2.If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
3.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, excluding the original shipping fees, taxes, and duties.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact support@misuterimilano.com within 48 hours with detailed photos.
We will replace or issue a full refund.
